  Need more young and happier uplifting staff that are not old and miserable having a negative impact towards the customers.Also do there job properly, efficiently, happy staff equals more satisfied customers. And people shouldn't have to wait for a long time and get sent out because of ones hand writing!

  When people show up knowing the exact transaction they need, all of the forms they need, already filled out, and explain that they're ready to go... ...they still have to go through customer service and waste more time to have someone else confirm that. I guess when you're fraudulently manipulating your service time statistics, it works...

  Its already been said. Horrible customer service. The help desk line is a joke. Expect (at minimum) a day to receive a call-back no matter how big or small the issue is. Finally getting the call-back from the registration dept. The lady in the registration dept. showed no patience and no class. She answered the phone and at the most random moment, starts talking about her menstruation to someone near her. Who does that??? I couldn't understand her so I asked if she could repeat what she said, and NOPE! *click* She hung up. Just an example of what I've seen for the last 8 business days. Let's open some of these positions to people that actually have people skills, communicate, or at least knowledgable.

  Needed a temp handicap parking permit. Brought filled out form to RMV. The information desk clerk did not know what to do with it, asked around and then sent me to a green line window. After waiting in line, they accepted it but said that the information clerk could have processed it immediately. The request will be sent to some other agency. Apparently it will take a month. I need a temp permit, perhaps at most for a month... so for a month I cannot be driven anywhere if the parking spot is far from the target, and by the time I get it it will possibly be useless... Hmm...
