- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called and made a 12:30 appointment to see a notary. I arrived at 12:22 and still wasn't seen by 12:40 and at that point she had accepted another person ahead of me. What's the point of making an appointment?! I came on my lunch hour and ended up wasting my time because it never got done. So frustrating. Also, don't expect to do anything quickly.
