  They can't be trusted at all. The officer, Nicholas Riggieri, did a horrible job. He mistreated and didn't respect me. When I made a report with all of information and evidence I have, one week after calling the department many times, I found out that he filed the report with only one sentence claiming that I don't have any information and don't know anything. He doesn't do his job at all and is abusing the system. There are many officers at Worcester department like him. I'm not naive in this area and I know it's not a safe place.

  Steve Sargent was very helpful regarding child awareness literature. He is Chief now, which I think is awesome.

  There are so many bad things, things that do not work within the Worcester public service arena, that it is both refreshing and heartening that we have such a fair, responsive, competent Police Department

  Devastating, I was shattered to learn that Worcester Police, who seemed so lawful and by the book, are not. In my own case, they engaged in blackmail, collusion, and did not protect me from it. I was very sad to see that I could not go to police, or trust them, and that there is so much corruption. I am reporting crimes now, that I should have been able to report when they happened, but they were not protecting me, they were engaging in blackmail. I was stunned. I pray some day that it changes, people want to respect and trust police and believe in blue lives matter, when police betray their oaths and trust is broken, they really demean the entire force of police. They always have the choice to change that reputation, and to serve and protect people.
